The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the bustling streets and attractions. Despite being away from the very congested old town center, it was still within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. the rooms were spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a slight inconvenience during warmer periods.

The young lady at reception desk during daytime.
The beds very unbelievably uncomfortable, the fridge didn't work, internet didn't work properly in the room, the room was small, there were no toiletries and bathrobes as promised and the evening receptionist didn't know a word of other languages but his own. They are not checking bookings from Booked.net so they didn't even know that we were coming and however it was written on the site pets are allowed on request, the receptionist was out of control when he saw that we are with a dog.Almost forgot to mention that the parking area of the hotel is outside and cannot be reached from inside you always have to ask the receptionist to go out with you to open it and close it. Was ridiculous while he was in my back everytime I packed something.

The staff was extraordinary - polite, friendly, and very helpful. Aydila went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even spoke fluent Turkish. She greeted us late and prepared a great breakfast, including Bosnian sudjuk which we wanted to try. The location was convenient and the receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness was excellent. a nice and pleasant hotel to stay in.
Nothing could have been better.

Spent Easter weekend in a hotel in the heart of the city. Location couldn't be better, as it was just a few steps away from all the main attractions. the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she suggested some great places to visit. the room was spotless and spacious and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options to choose from, the scrambled eggs were to die for!
There was no air conditioning in the room which made it a bit stuffy at night. the shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit, but it wasn't too big of a deal.

Great location, just a short walk to the city center and old town.
Room was small and had no balcony, just a window facing roofs.
